The Youth Leadership Forum was founded 2010 in McKinsey & Company's Toronto office as a part of an effort to give back to the office's local community. Each year, students work to identify solutions to some of the area's biggest challenges by working with community partners and bring both those learnings and leadership training back to their own communities.

Health Leads is a national healthcare organization that connects low-income patients with the basic resources they need to be healthy. YLF tackled the challenge of getting more teenagers to use Health Leads' high-impact services.

Jack.org is Canada's only national network of young leaders transforming the way we think about mental health. YLF helped Jack.org identify ways to organically grow their organization.

YLF Toronto 2016

Right to Play is a global organization that teaches children in need through educational games. Right To Play teaches children essential life skills that help them overcome the effects of poverty, conflict and disease.
